THE Project
Cubix III consists of financing two residential projects located in highly attractive areas of Brussels: Saint-Gilles and Evere.
The project combines the renovation of character buildings, passive new construction, the redevelopment of garages and a sustainable approach, resulting in a supply perfectly aligned with current market demand. The scarcity of supply in these areas, combined with cautious selling prices, is strengthening the potential for value enhancement.
The project is being led by Cubix SRL, a Brussels-based property developer that has been active since 2015 and specialises in human-scale projects combining high-quality renovation, sustainable construction and strong cost control. The company has already financed and repaid two projects via BeeBonds.
