DAVIS

Finance the renovation of the roof of the Davis Tennis Club in Wezembeek-Oppem.

The 'Davis' project aims to modernise Davis Tennis Club by renovating the roof of the tennis complex in an environmentally-friendly way. The renovation project will enable the club to collect and store rainwater to water its clay courts, thereby limiting its environmental footprint.

The project is being carried out by Tennis Club Davis Exploitatie NV, which is owned by Canius Management BV, a well-known player in the management of real estate and leisure projects in Belgium. Founded and managed by Bart Lammens and Laurens Gilen, the company has extensive experience in the sector.

Quarterly repayment

The rents paid by the tennis school will be used to pay the interest and repay the capital at the rate of 1/20th of the amount every quarter, i.e. €25,000 for a fund-raising of €500,000.

Eco-responsible work

With 14 of the 15 courts made of clay, the site's water consumption is high. The new roof, covering an area of 4,000 m², will enable rainwater to be collected and stored efficiently, limiting the club's environmental footprint.
