With an experienced management team, including Roberto Bergonzi, who has more than 40 years' experience in developing more than 3,000 properties, and Alfredo Pérez Garcia, an expert in strategic and legal management, and Alejandro M. Martinez, in charge of administration and finance, Mediterranean REIT SL is backed by proven expertise.

The Arnor-Azur Group has already successfully completed three fund-raising campaigns via BeeBonds for the Panorama, Altea Hills and Arenal Beach projects.

THE TEAM

Roberto Bergonzi

Roberto has more than 40 years' experience in property investment and development, particularly in Spain, France, Italy and Canada. He has been behind more than 3,000 projects and has mastered every aspect of the property development cycle.

Alfredo Perez Garcia

Alfredo has worked as a tax and legal advisor for 23 years. He joined Azur Group in 2016 as Managing Director to ensure the expansion strategy along the Mediterranean coast and in the Balearic Islands.

Alejandro M. Martinez

With 20 years' experience managing the Los Serranos Group, Alejandro joined the Azur Group in 2015 as Managing Director. He is responsible for overseeing the administrative administrative and tax aspects.
