THE Project

The Guéliz project, supported by a subsidiary of the Macan Group, involves the construction of a residential and commercial building in the heart of the modern and dynamic Guéliz district of Marrakech (Morocco).

This project stands out for its particular attention to sustainability and to the environmental friendliness. An in-depth study has been carried out to optimise construction methods and the choice of materials, ensuring minimal environmental impact.

The project is being developed by Macan Development Benelux, a subsidiary of the Macan Group, a well-known player in the property development sector, headed by Philippe Gillion.

The bonds issued as part of this project are guaranteed on first demand by the parent company, Macan Group.

The

This ambitious development covers an area of over 14,300 m² and will include 65 housing units and 8 commercial spaces.

Residents will also benefit from 131 parking spaces, a gym, a spa and a swimming pool, all in an environment offering a wide range of services ranging from residential spaces to offices, commercial areas and hotels.

Location

The project is located in Guéliz, Marrakech's modern district, on the site of a former Franciscan chapel. The ambition of the project is to preserve and integrate the historic façade of the chapel into the new building, thus combining heritage and modernity.

The site is close to a number of amenities, as well as a station that will be home to a future TGV high-speed train in 2029, linking Marrakech to Rabat and Tangiers.

Sustainability

The project places a strong emphasis on sustainability and respect for the environment.

Innovative construction methods such as the use of low carbon footprint materials and the integration of renewable energy solutions will be used to develop a low energy building and preserve local ecosystems.
