Luc Thollebeek

Luc Thollebeek has many years' experience in the real estate and has set up a number of companies to develop his activities, some of which form the Royalton Projects, an experienced group with a focus on quality and environmental standards.

He has created two SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles) dedicated to the Kommelpark project: 
ATV Invest Group MAG BV, created in December 2021 for the acquisition of the land and
ATV Invest Group MAC BV, created in February 2022 to manage the Kommelpark property development project.
