THE Project

The Manoir project involves the construction of two residential buildings, each with 12 flats, and an office building.  Located in Waterloo, on the outskirts of Rhode-Saint-Genèse, this large-scale development is set in a privileged residential environment.

The project is being developed by Home-Concept SA, a company owned by Vitor Ponte Gama and Alain Dissy, two seasoned property professionals.

The project is backed by a 1st demand guarantee from ICM SRL, owner of the land, and a personal 1st demand guarantee from Vitor Ponte Gama and Alain Dissy.

An ideal location

The Manoir development is ideally located on the border between Waterloo and Rhode-Saint-Genèse, in an upmarket residential area. 

The plot, covering more than 1 hectare, is nestled between Avenue du Manoir and Chaussée de Bruxelles, offering residents the peace and quiet of a tree-lined residential area and direct access to the amenities of a major city.

HOME-CONCEPT SA

The project is being developed by Home-Concept SA, a company owned by Vitor Ponte Gama and Alain Dissy. Both have extensive experience in real estate through various companies. 

Two projects led by Mr Gama have already been the subject of bond financing via BeeBonds: Place Favresse at La Hulpe (reimbursed), already with Alain Dissy and Résidence Jade in St. Gilles.

Vitor Ponte Gama

Director

Vitor Ponte Gama is a director of a number of real estate companies. An IPI-accredited estate agent, Vitor has been involved in property development and the construction of new properties since 1991. During his time with BIK-Immo, from 1995 to 2005, he was involved in the construction of almost 300 homes, taking charge of plans and measurements, customer management, sales, marketing and communications.

Alain Dissy

Director

Alain Dissy is Vitor Gama's long-standing partner. Also an IPI estate agent, he has been active in brokerage and development since 1991. He set up Immo Partners in 1996 to cover Brussels and the surrounding area. His team is fully dedicated to the sale and development of real estate: from the valuation to the preliminary sales agreement, right through to the signing of the deed of sale, for all residential properties.
