THE Project
The project involves the acquisition of a mixed-use building located in the heart of the historic district of Brussels, a stone's throw from the Stock Exchange. The building, comprising 7 residential units and a commercial ground floor, will be completely renovated. It will comprise 2 studios, 3 two-bedroom flats, 2 three-bedroom duplexes and a shop. The residential units will be sold separately, while the retail space may be retained by DW Properties.
The project is backed by Arrom Construct SA, a company wholly owned by DW Properties, which has already run 4 successful campaigns on BeeBonds.
