THE Project

The project involves the acquisition of a mixed-use building located in the heart of the historic district of Brussels, a stone's throw from the Stock Exchange. The building, comprising 7 residential units and a commercial ground floor, will be completely renovated. It will comprise 2 studios, 3 two-bedroom flats, 2 three-bedroom duplexes and a shop. The residential units will be sold separately, while the retail space may be retained by DW Properties.
 

The project is backed by Arrom Construct SA, a company wholly owned by DW Properties, which has already run 4 successful campaigns on BeeBonds.

Location

The property is located in Rue Auguste Orts 4, in the heart of the historic district of Brussels. It is within easy reach of various tram, bus and metro lines, and just a few minutes' walk from Central Station. The area is known for its vibrancy and diversity, home to many shops, restaurants, bars and concert halls.

The project is being carried out by Arrom Construct, a company wholly owned by DW Properties.
DW Properties is a family business established in 2014, consisting of Arno and Romane Daskal, the children of Sacha Daskal and his wife Daphné Wajsbrot, an interior designer.
Mr Daskal has extensive experience in real estate and acts as advisor and manager of DW Properties SRL. Together, Mr Daskal and Ms Wajsbrot have in-depth knowledge of the property market and the technical aspects of the sector, which they need to identify a quality property, assess any renovations or adaptations that may be required, and manage any permit issues. These complementary skills enable them to identify and seize opportunities as they arise on the market.
