THE Project

The "Residentie Jackie" project involves the construction of 14 flats in the centre of Sint-Truiden. Spread over two 4-storey buildings, these modern homes will include spacious terraces and private gardens, as well as 17 underground parking spaces and 14 private cellars.

The buildings, designed by Grosemans-Heylen Architecten, incorporate the following criteria sustainability and quality of life with green technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels. A communal green space and facilities for bicycles and electric vehicles complete the complex.

Spearheaded by JDP Grond and JDP Bouw, the project benefits from the expertise of Johan De Peuter, who has more than 20 years' experience in developing residential real estate projects in Flanders.
