THE Project

The "Le Phare" project involves the complete transformation of an industrial warehouse into a contemporary residence on a human scale, located in the heart of Visé, in the province of Liège.

Developed by D23i SRL, the project involves the creation of 7spacious flats, complete with storage rooms, 9 car parks and a dedicated area for bicycles.

Spread over five levels, the homes will offer generous floor areas (from 112 to 167 m²), with large terraces and a design thought out for the comfort of occupants, including people with reduced mobility.

The demolition of the existing building will preserve the historic facade, which will be integrated into the new construction, in the interests of aesthetics and respect for heritage.

The building will be built in accordance with the latest ecological and environmental standards, aiming for a high level of performance. A" level energy.

LOCATION

Located in the residential area of Rempart des Arbalétriers in Visé, the project benefits from a strategic location just a few minutes' walk from the town centre, train station, schools and the Meuse river. Visé boasts a pleasant living environment, a rich historical heritage and a vibrant cultural scene.

Situated between Liège and Maastricht, the town is well served by the E25 motorway and public transport, making it attractive to residents looking for a compromise between tranquillity and accessibility.
