Sint-Joris primary school in Wezembeek-Oppem, Flemish Brabant, has swapped the traditional school bus for an environmentally-friendly alternative: the Veloctobus, an electric bike-bus that allows pupils to pedal themselves to the library or swimming pool. Fast, emission-free and also an opportunity to learn the highway code, explains the school. And what about the pupils? They've been won over too. «In fact, I now want to go to the pool even more. Not to swim, but simply to get on the Veloctobus.
