THE Project

The "Tongeren" project involves the complete renovation of two ideal buildings located in Corversstraat and Stationslaan in Tongeren.

The buildings will be renovated with a view to preserving their architectural character, while incorporating modern technologies and a top-of-the-range finish to meet today's buyers' requirements in terms of comfort and energy efficiency.

The project is being carried out by Corversstraat 1315 SRL, a company run by two real estate experts, Meir Pariser and Eli Gruzman, with over 15 years' experience in developing and managing real estate projects.

The bonds issued as part of this project are guaranteed on first demand by the project sponsors..

CORVERSTRAAT

A multi-storey brick building with many windows, adjacent to other buildings on a sloping street, under a cloudy sky. A four-storey brick building with rectangular windows, a sloping entrance and a pitched roof.

This modernist building, formerly the headquarters of a printing works dating from the 1930s, will be converted into 8 flats ranging from 72 to 115 m². 

The building will retain its emblematic architecture while benefiting from thermal improvements, modern living spaces, terraces and optimised access thanks to the installation of a lift.

STATIONLAAN

A three-storey grey building with decorative elements, housing a shop called "Son & Lumière" on the ground floor, located on the corner of a street. Modern four-storey building with a decorative eagle sculpture on the roof, large windows and balconies. The street below is lined with cars and pedestrians.

The former "Hôtel des Chemins de Fer", a landmark building in Tongeren, will be transformed into 10 flats and 2 commercial spaces. 

The project involves preserving the historic features while optimising energy performance by adding new technologies.

Specialising in the management of complex projects, Mr Gruzman has been active in the purchase and development of real estate in Belgium since 2009. He also manages projects for third parties in Europe, mainly tourist residences.

Meir Pariser

Director

Active in the real estate sector since 2011, Mr Pariser has worked on numerous projects in Belgium, totalling several hundred residential units. Since 2015, he has been managing the financial and administrative aspects of real estate projects across Europe, representing more than 250 units.
