SRL MG Immo Verviers, a property company, is approaching investors with a view to financing the balance required for the acquisition of a reception centre, Verviers HealthThe company is also responsible for the financing of the latest refurbishment work carried out there.
Approved by the AVIQ, the Walloon institution that manages social benefits and assistance for people with disabilities, this centre, located in Verviers, can accommodate 40 residents and meets a crying need for reception and accommodation facilities in the Walloon Region.
The special feature of this project is the interest rate, deducted from the centre's rental income (Rental Certificate)The AVIQ pays almost all the residents' rent. This reassuring and recurring element enables the project promoter to pay the interest quarterly.
There is a real need in Wallonia for care facilities offering appropriate, high-quality support for people with disabilities.
With this in mind, the centre provides a structured and caring environment. It promotes residents' autonomy while providing personalised support tailored to each individual's needs.
Educational, therapeutic and social programmes are put in place to strengthen integration into the community and develop the skills of beneficiaries.
A multi-disciplinary team of specialised educators, psychologists and care staff provide tailored support and optimum quality of care.

MG Immo Verviers SRL is owned 50 % by François Mélotte and 50 % by Ioannis Gournis, who are also shareholders in the MG Health Care group.

This group, recognised for its commitment to the health sector, already owns several similar facilities in Belgium, notably in Namur and Mariembourg. With its wealth of experience, MG Health Care offers high-quality facilities that are tailored to the needs of residents and comply with the most demanding standards.
In line with the MG Health Care Group's strategy, once the centre is built, the property will be transferred to the Group's newly-formed sister property company (MG Immo Verviers), while day-to-day management will be provided by an AVIQ-accredited Group subsidiary (Verviers Santé) specialising in support for people with disabilities.
