THE Project

The "Wildeman" project, located in Arendonk, involves the construction of 4 buildings comprising 41 flats and 5 shops. 

Wildeman is a project developed by Royalton Living NV, part of the Royalton Projects group. This experienced developer attaches great importance to the quality of its work, placing particular emphasis on the environmental component of each project.

The funds raised will be used to refinance part of the shareholder advances to enable them to start up two next projects in permit order.

This project is part of BeeBonds' partnership with the United Fund for Belgium (UFB), a non-profit organisation fighting against social exclusion in Belgium.

Royalton Projects NV

The project is being developed by Royalton Living, which has acquired the land and obtained the permits, and Royalton Housing, which is responsible for the construction and management of the project. Both companies are part of the Royalton Projectsowned by Luc Thollebeek and his financial partner Philip Hoymans. The group has solid experience in developing sustainable real estate projects.

Luc Thollebeek has many years' experience in the property sector. The "Wildeman" project is his second round of funding on BeeBonds and follows the success of the "Kommelpark" project presented in November 2023.
