THE Project

The Zenhomes project involves the acquisition of three properties in Brussels and Bruges, as well as their renovation (including improvements to their energy performance), with a view to the resale of the 10 flats. The properties are ideally located in popular areas of both cities.

Zenhomes SRL, the project promoter, specialises in renovating old houses, bringing them back to life and improving the aesthetics of towns and cities. The emphasis is on the sustainability of the renovations and compliance with the strictest energy performance standards.

The financing of the project is structured in 2 tranches: a €500,000 issue with insurance on 100% of the capital with an interest rate of 7% and a second issue of €350,000 with an interest rate of 9.50 %.

This project marks Raven De Nolf's second round of funding on the BeeBonds platform. Investors in the first round, for the Brussels@Home project, have already been reimbursed in full.
