The Project
The concept
- The Claridge hall, managed by Ben's Events, is designed to host a large number of professional events.
- In the wake of the health crisis, Ben's Events plans to enhance the Claridge's building through a property development project.
- The project involves renovating and extending the 8 flats above the Claridge events hall with a view to putting them up for sale.

Principles
- Following the COVID-19 crisis, Mr Ben Yaghlane, director of Ben's Events, was obliged to innovate and add value to the building by generating income to replace traditional activities in times of crisis and to add to the usual income once the crisis was over:
- He equipped the Claridge room on the ground floor so that it could be converted into a modular recording studio for radio and television programmes.
- It will renovate the 8 flats on floors 1 to 4 with a view to placing them on the property market.
Financing conditions
