THE Project

The Résidence des Closières project involves the construction of a serviced residence for the mentally disabled in Marcinelle, near Charleroi. 

The building will comply with sustainable construction criteria and will be designed to optimise energy consumption. 

The project is supported by MG Health CareThis group not only has experience in building eco-responsible property projects, but also has expertise in accommodating people with disabilities.

The group has already successfully financed two projects on our platform: Chemin de la Caracolein November 2022 and Résidence du Prince in May 2023.

The team in place is made up of people with many years' experience in this sector, enabling it to offer a quality service and specific care for each patient. The company is recognised by AVIQ, the Walloon organisation whose remit includes the disability sector.

Mélotte Group has been active in property development (residential, office, retail) in Belgium, France and Luxembourg since 2008, with a large number of projects to its name, giving it a wealth of expertise in the sector. The group offers projects with character and sustainability that respond to the evolution of urbanisation by providing quality finishes and welcoming, comfortable living and working spaces.
