THE PROJECT
Keringer Capital Investment SRL is a Holding company owned and managed by 2 people with over 20 years' experience in real estate. Currently, the company owns 100% stakes in Mundo Aguilon Invest SL, Bercuit 154 SRL, Altea Invest SRL .
Following a number of successes, the Company now has three projects identified in its pipeline for which it wishes to take up options/positions in the short term (holding assets, land, real estate business, etc.).

He has been practising since 1994 and is the founder of 'Legalides', which was set up in 2001. His clients include Belgian and foreign SMEs. They consult him on tax issues (company law, VAT, etc.) and all matters relating to company law in general. As a director of Keringer Capital Investment, Mr Glaude will contribute his expertise in legal, tax and legal matters.
Gérald Sciamanna
Director of Keringer Capital InvestmentIn 2016, Gérald Sciamanna left BNP Paribas to join Century 21 Benelux, where he spent 2 years as Residential Development Manager.
From 2018, he will be a Business Consultant, monitoring the development of French-speaking agencies.
As a director of Keringer Capital Investment, he analyses the opportunities presented by business introducers and is responsible for providing financial and commercial support for projects, as well as coordinating project managers.
