The Queen's Lane project involves the acquisition and resale of two quality property developments in the Molenbeek-Saint-Jean commune of Brussels.

The first project, TamarisThe project involves acquiring 2 plots of land and obtaining planning permission for the development of two buildings. 

The second, Vanwill, consists of the acquisition of 2 buildings comprising 18 flats, 2 offices, 1 shop and 1 concierge.
