THE Project

The "Le Vallon" project involves the construction of a luxury residence in Genval. The project will be built on a 0.839-hectare site, which currently contains a main residence and a caretaker's lodge. The buildings will be demolished to free up the entire surface area of the land for the construction of a luxury residence comprising 20 contemporary flats, which will be sold off-plan.

The project will comprise 20 spacious apartments, for a total surface area of 2,000 m2.
Each apartments will have a refined design and will be built with high-quality materials respecting sustainable construction standards. The aim of the project is to obtain a Class A EPB certificate after the work has been completed.


The "Le Vallon" project is ideally located in a residential area in Genval. It is located in the immediate vicinity of bus routes, 400 metres from Genval station, with easy access to the E411 and the N275.
The property is 500m from the centre of Genval and all amenities. Lake Genval is 1 km away.

Le Vallon" is Mr Van Zandycke's second BeeBonds project, following on from the success of "Le Vallon". Stroobants (Gastendelle I), in Evere, which was financed in October 2022.
