The "Wenzel" project involves the construction of two semi-detached houses a blend of comfort, aesthetics and functionality. Each The residences will be built on 334m² of usable space, including 215m² of living space and 103m² of balconies and terraces.

Boasting an exceptional amount of natural light thanks to their south-facing bay windows, the homes feature a ground floor opening onto a terrace and garden, a first floor comprising a living room and three bedrooms, and a basement with a garage, laundry room and cellar.

 

These residences, of energy class A, will be distinguished by quality finishes such as triple glazing and aluminium frames.

The project will be located in Beringen, a charming town in the commune of Mersch, in the heart of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, around 23 kilometres from Luxembourg City.
