This is an innovative project that meets the expectations of the new generation of Luxembourg residents and helps to meet the social and environmental challenges of our time.
This project is part of BeeBonds' solidarity partnership with United Fund for Belgium (UFB) to contribute financially to the fight against social exclusion in Belgium.
For each new investor participating in this campaign, a portion of the BeeBonds will be paid to UFB.

The Arche project is being developed by Picaroon S.A., a Luxembourg property development company owned by Nicolas Erodiades, a certified property professional in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
The company has adjoined the skills of recognised professionals from the financial and property sectors to bring the project to a successful conclusion. In addition to external service providers, the project benefits from the support of an experienced steering committee.
Nicolas Erodiades has 25 years' experience in audit, management consulting and project management with leading firms: Arthur Andersen (now EY Luxembourg), PwC Luxembourg and Threon. In this capacity, he has taken part in the management of more than a hundred projects, including successful development and management programmes for real estate assets.
He set up Picaroon S.A. in 2011 and has developed a maritime and property business based on the principles of solidarity, rational use of resources and respect for the environment.
