THE Project

The Broperties project, led by For Bright Ideas SRL,aims to develop 2 real estate projects in Brussels: 

Pierres Rouges which consists of the acquisition and renovation of a building in Watermael-Boitsfort, with a view to the subsequent sale of two apartments and a duplex.

Aulne which consists of the acquisition and stabilisation of a building in Uccle, followed by the block resale of its five flats.

The project is backed by an independent, first demand guarantee.

  • In its current state, the building comprises three apartments, a basement and a garage, for a total surface area of 235 m².

Renovation

  • On completion of the extension and renovation, the property will house two 2-bedroom flats and a 2-bedroom duplex, with a total surface area of 327 m². The three units will be sold individually.

The Aulne project involves stabilising a building in Uccle and reselling the five apartments as a block.

The Pierres Rouges project will be carried out jointly with LN Company SRL, owned by David Demolin.
The Aulne project will be carried out by Aulne Immo SRL, a company owned by Pierre and David Demolin and Nicolas Beaussillon.
