Its mission
- Cubix aims to acquire 4 projects per year (at a cost of €500k per project);
- The main aim is to give first-time buyers access to home ownership by offering affordable properties with a controlled environmental impact and alternative mobility solutions.
Its strategy
- To support its development, Cubix wishes to acquire a minimum of 4 properties per year that meet the following criteria:
- Little work, no lift, no shared boiler;
- With an average acquisition cost per property of €500K;
- Ideally located, close to public transport and with bicycle parking;
- With bank financing available on average at 90% and a minimum ROI estimated at 19% ;
- In the Brussels-Capital Region or Walloon Brabant.

- Cubix Immo has already completed 18 projects (all projects combined) with an average margin of over 27% for property sales and purchases;
- Cubix's mission is to facilitate access to home ownership in Brussels and the surrounding area.

The purpose of the fundraising is solely for the refinancing of current projects (sales of which would be completed by the end of the year) and the financing of future projects of Cubix Immo SRL.

- 2021-2025 : Acquisition of 4 properties per year (target of EUR 2m per year) ;
- T2 2025 : Repayment of the new bond issue.
