DREAM HOUSE

Finance the acquisition of 5 properties in Gooik, Halle and Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, their renovation and the sale of 19 flats.

THE Project

The 'Dream House' project involves the acquisition of a property in Gooik, a property in Halle and three properties in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. These properties will be renovated and converted into 19 flats, 1 warehouse and 10 garages, which will be sold off.

The renovations will aim to make the flats more liveable by adopting a harmonious, modern approach, while reducing their environmental impact.

The project is being led by 'Dream House Invest', an SRL founded in 2014 and specialising in the renovation and ownership of property assets.

The project is accompanied by a 1st rank mortgage guarantee and a personal guarantee on first demand.
