The concept
- Redevelopment of a former nursing home into 18 flats and 28 car parks;
- The property complex comprises 3 buildings;
- The 18 flats represent a total living area of 2,685m2.
Location
- The location is ideal:
- The complex is located between Rue de Looz and Rue du Béguinage in Xhendremael. ;
- In a quiet and livable residential neighbourhood;
- Near the E42 motorways and the E40 and close to Liège-Guillemins train station 15 min by car.
Principles
- This project is motivated and driven by a social approach and a consideration of environmental impact:
- 13 of the 18 flats will be rented to Social Property Agency (AIS) ;
- The project is being carried out with a view to a "low-energy" renovation by reducing the building's energy requirements.
