For a long time, the Béguinage home belonged to the Intercommunal Association for the Elderly in the Liège conurbation. But around ten years ago, it ceased to meet Walloon standards, and was decommissioned. Since then, it has been looking for a new lease of life. Plans to convert these three derelict buildings into around twenty flats could soon become a reality.
