Arche, an eco-project for coliving in Luxembourg, inspired by the conviviality of marinas and with protected capital

Arche, proposed by Picaroon SA, to the south of Luxembourg City, is a top-of-the-range, ultra-ecological residential construction project based on a coliving concept inspired by the conviviality of marinas. From today, investors can take part in a fund raising of up to €3 million on the BeeBonds crowdlending platform. The aim is to co-finance the construction of 6 large flats with communal living areas, with a view to selling them to a single investor. BeeBonds investors' capital will be protected by a first mortgage on the land.
