Pitaya's Benelux master franchise, Belgian investment platform AlphaSeed, is launching the second phase of its bond issue in collaboration with BeeBonds, an alternative financing platform (via crowdfunding), from 18 November 2021.
Alpha Thai Benelux N.V. (Brussels), a subsidiary of Alphaseed N.V. (Brussels) and master franchisee of Pitaya restaurants in the Benelux, is once again seeking around 800,000 euros via the Beebonds crowdlending platform to finance its growth. Earlier this year, €1,300,000 had already been raised via the same platform.
