THE Project

The Gravimmo project involves the acquisition, renovation and resale of 8 buildings ideally located in communes with high economic potential in Brussels and Rhode-Saint-Genèse.

The project is being carried out by SA Gravimmo, a wholly-owned % subsidiary of property holding company DV Company headed by Denis Vandamme. DV Company is a residential property development company specialising in the purchase, renovation and resale of quality properties located in fast-growing economic areas.

Founded in 2013, DV Company is active in residential property development. It specialises in the purchase, renovation and resale of quality properties located in fast-growing economic areas.

With 20 years' experience in property sales and development, Denis Vandamme has built up an excellent knowledge of the Belgian property market over the years. At the same time, he continues to deepen his knowledge of the market by maintaining an intense brokerage activity with other real estate and investment companies. Mr Vandamme has already run four successful campaigns on the BeeBonds platform.
