Crowdfunding remains a small part of our market, even though it could contribute much more to the economy, according to Beebonds.
The six crowdlending platforms active in Belgium raised twice as much last year as they did in 2020, mostly in loans (crowdlending), less in shares (crowdfunding), a growth that nevertheless leaves Joël Duysan and Lydia Barcelona with a taste of too little. They are respectively CEO and COO of Beebonds, a platform mainly active in crowdlending real estate, but they both think our market should be doing much better...
