Since 28 September, BeeBonds, the European-authorised crowdfunding platform, has been offering bonds issued by Hartmann Immo Group with a 24-month maturity and a gross annual interest rate of 9%.
The Luxembourg company calls on the crowdlending in Luxembourg and is aiming to raise €1,800,000, which it will use to finance the "Wenzel" project, which involves the construction of two semi-detached houses in Beringen (GH Luxembourg).
