B&B Real Estate was founded in 2018 by Jerry Berckmans (50) and Pierre Beerens (34) with the aim of developing multi-family housing on the outskirts of Brussels. The company has a number of residences under construction, together worth around €20 million, which it now wishes to finance in part through crowlending via BeeBonds.
