Targeting a greenfield site, the development, named Stroobants after the street on which it is located, has been split into two phases. West Avenue, a young Brussels property developer, is working on a 37-home project in the commune of Evere, right next to Schaerbeek and its railway station, which it bought from its Antwerp counterpart Immpact.
