YouWok is opening its tenth restaurant. Its co-founders, Nicolas Bourgeois-Legrain and Aydin Bakar, are thinking of raising capital to speed things up. It has taken Frenchman Nicolas Bourgeois-Legrain and Belgian Aydin Bakar five years to shake up the codes of Asian takeaway food with the YouWok brand.
