There are countless examples of old factories being refurbished in Verviers. The two "Jean-Pol" from Verviers, Godefroid and Bollette, are usually at the helm. But here, to renovate a former woollen factory on rue de la Cité, it's Liège entrepreneur Pierre Berryer who's pulling the strings. Proof that Verviers is starting to attract interest again. As Berryer himself points out. "Verviers, which is the second largest town in the province of Liège, has a real need for housing. What's more, Verviers has come a long way economically, but beware of Verviers waking up", he told the BeeBonds platform.
