Faced with the Covid-19 crisis, many sectors have had to reinvent themselves. This is particularly true of the hotel and catering industry. Hard hit, the sector has had to adapt to get through the crisis, thanks in part to takeaways. From Vietnamese street food to haute cuisine, many have successfully taken the plunge.
