Opening a restaurant in the midst of the coronavirus crisis was a daring move! Specialising in traditional and creative Thai cuisine, Pitaya has succeeded in its bid to open two restaurants in 2020: in Brussels (in a takeaway version of course) and in Liège. Antwerp and Ghent are due to open in 2021, but that's just the beginning.
